Part of Lex Foundation
CareerSpoc operates under Lex Foundation, a volunteer-run foundation supporting communities facing discrimination, inequality, and limited access to opportunity — independent of political, economic, and religious interests. CareerSpoc is Lex Foundation's capacity-building work applied specifically to career readiness for young people.
How we approach guidance
CareerSpoc is built around a continuous journey rather than a one-off answer: understanding where someone stands, exploring the options genuinely open to them, planning a concrete next step, and connecting them with people who have first-hand experience.
Where we're headed
CareerSpoc is a new initiative, and we're building deliberately rather than quickly. The near-term focus is direct guidance through conversations; over time, that will grow into structured resources, a mentor network, and an opportunities board for the students and young people we work with.
